Vineyard Spotlight:
Robyn’s Block
We are excited to re-release a limited amount of back vintage bottles of the Robyn’s Block Chardonnay, one of the true gems of our portfolio!
Named after the daughter of Moray and Joanne Tawse, the Robyn’s Block vineyard was planted in 1982 and is 100% organically farmed and certified sustainable. Its unique soil composition of clay, loam, and active limestone give the wine distinctive flavors of apple, pear, and white flower, complemented by a refreshing minerality on the palate!
One of the first wines to be made at Tawse, Robyn’s Chardonnay is known for its fuller body, complex flavours, and incredible aging potential. Back in 2011, Robyn’s Chardonnay scored a groundbreaking 94 points by Wines of Niagara, and was named the Most Thrilling Niagara White Wine in 2014. This pedigree has followed Robyn’s through the years, with accolades such as White Wine of the Year by Wine Access Magazine, and has garnered countless fans among guests and staff alike.

This vintage, marked by lower yields but richer fruit, is beautifully expressed in the 2015 Robyn’s Block Chardonnay. Each sip invites you to savor the distinctive terroir that reflects the elegance that emerges from nature’s complexities.
