All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Tawse Winery Inc. and the website creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications from Tawse Winery Inc., you may opt out by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom of each communication
Club Subscriptions
Some parts of the Site such as the Wine Club, Wine Enthusiast and Wine Subscriber are billed on a subscription basis (“Club Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. You are welcome to cancel your membership (“Club Subscription(s)”) at any time, with no minimum purchase requirements expected.
Limitation of Liability
Tawse Winery Inc. and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site.
Indemnity
