With the addition of Elderflower, Sage, and our favourite Kvas Cranberry Rosemary simple syrup, this tart drink softens with sweetness and blossoms with herbaceous complexity. Bubbles give it lift and life, and what you’re left with is a party drink that is perfectly jolly.
1 1/2 oz Tawse Organic Vodka
1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Real Cranberry Juice
1/2 oz Kvas Fine Beverage Co. Cranberry Rosemary Simple Syrup
Top off with Tawse Spark Rosé
Garnish with cranberries and fresh sage.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in the vodka, elderflower liqueur, cranberry juice and simple syrup. Shake until chilled.
