In honour of International Women’s Day, we are releasing a very special 2023 Gamay Noir! This limited edition bottle is a celebration of the talented women who live and work in our community, and the magic that happens when we collaborate on something special.
We are very proud to announce that $3 from every bottle sold will be donated to Gillian’s Place, in an effort to support, empower, and protect vulnerable women in our community.

Jessica Otting has half a lifetime of experience in wine, from her first vintage as part of a high school placement to working harvests abroad and other top wineries in Niagara . Jess is now celebrating over a decade at Tawse, with 2025 marking her fifth vintage as the head winemaker for both Tawse and Redstone

The Grape Grower
Heather Laundry has been farming grapes organically for over 20 years in Niagara. Her dedication to maximizing the potential of each vineyard’s unique terroir makes every wine that we’ve crafted from her grapes something truly amazing. This Gamay Noir is no exception!
Erica Helder
The Artist
Erica Helder uses a mixture of ink and alcohol to create abstract paintings inspired by nature and human connection. Using isopropyl alcohol from our own still, Erica created a bespoke piece of art that was perfect for these very special wine releases. Visit Website

As one of Ontario’s first shelters for survivors of abuse and violence, Gillian’s Place has been providing safe refuge and non-residential programs that enable women, gender-and sexually-diverse folks, and their children to break the cycle of violence for over 40 years.
