2 oz Tawse Gin
1 oz lemon juice
4 raspberries
.5 oz simple syrup
Egg white
Soda water
- Combine gin, lemon juice, raspberries, and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Muddle raspberries.
- Add egg white, dry shake well.
- Add ice, shake more!
- Fine strain into highball glass, leaving room for soda/sparkling water.
- Top with soda/sparkling water, we used a raspberry flavoured sparkling water for extra flavour!
- Garnish with raspberries, serve to the one you love.
